The ECLNA-100M60 is a GaAs MMIC pHEMT Low Noise Distributed Amplifier in a robust module with precision V-type (1.85mm) connectors which operates between 100 MHz and 60 GHz. The amplifier provides 12 dB of gain, 4 dB of midband noise figure, and up to +13 dBm of output power at 1 dB gain compression. The wideband amplifier input and output ports are internally matched to 50 Ohms and are internally DC blocked. An integrated biasing circuit requires only one positive power supply voltage (+12V) while protecting the built-in die from a permanent damage and assuring robust operation under the temperature range of 0…+55°C.
